NEW Teacher Development Centre

The Teacher Development Centre is based in Leeds City College’s Park Lane campus. It is the new beating heart of our Teaching and Learning division and a hub of training and expertise, where colleagues can come together to develop their craft. Anyone from across the group can access the facility.

Standing for true professional excellence in education, a lot of our initial teacher training takes place at the Teacher Development Centre, offering a bespoke training experience whilst enabling professional development with colleagues from across the group and across all educational age phases.

With well-sized classrooms, contemporary meeting spaces, podcast rooms and a vast breakout area, it’s where we share and shape best practice, engage with training opportunities, and meet colleagues to improve standards.
