By uniting as one group we have strengthened our collective voice and increased our influence to positively affect change and improve the prospects of our students and communities.
Working together creates significant economies of scale. By pooling our resources and procuring more efficiently, we can invest the financial savings back into frontline teaching that directly benefits students.
Being part of a family of organisations enables our members to proactively support and inspire each other, sharing ideas and best practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students, pupils and apprentices.
We recognise that every member is unique, and each member organisation has its own board of governors who retain complete strategic control. Our focus is not on managing our members, but on providing the support they need to achieve success.
All members have access to our central shared services, which include ITSS, HR, Finance, Development & Strategic Growth, MIS and Estates, allowing them to focus on their core business and frontline delivery, while we look after the rest.
