We welcome those who wish to declare a disability to do so, and if you are invited for an interview, we will contact you to discuss any steps we need to take to enable you to attend.

All employees have access to a wide range of online training and workshops related to equality, diversity and inclusion, and there are also opportunities for individuals to join our staff equality forums. These allow people from a range of different backgrounds to share their experiences, help shape best practice, and educate the wider workforce.
